Blakely Murphy, recently featured on The Doctors, is back in the game because of this new surgical approach.
Blakely Murphy had a brain tumor removed with conventional surgery methods at age 11. Recovery was long and getting back to "normal" took nearly 2 years. Her tumor recurred at age 15 and was deeper and more complicated to reach. For this surgery, her surgeon removed the tumor gaining access with BrainPath.
